Deposits
Students can deposit money from events, collection of dues, donations, and any other source of student organization revenue. To make a deposit for their student organization, students should pick-up a Bank of America deposit slip from the SOLE Office (W20-500). All checks and cash should be deposited immediately upon receipt. Deposits can be made at Bank of America branch or ATM locations. Deposited funds will show up in the student organization’s account in one (1) to two (2) business days. A student must return the yellow carbon copy sheet of the deposit slip and the white deposit confirmation slip that Bank of America staff or ATMs will provide after completing the deposit, to the Financial Assistant in the SOLE Office immediately after the deposit is made.
