Making Budget Sheets
Be sure to follow the most up-to-date instructions on creating good budget sheets.
- To be as transparent as possible, please provide as much relevant information as you can. As stated in the instructions, you may include items you do not expect to be covered by SGFC under our guidelines. (You should label it as such in the budget). This is so we get a sense of how much your club does as a whole.
- You may include your own budgets as additional tabs on the spreadsheet (if you have them). Inaccurate or unrepresentative budgets are more likely to receive reduced funding.
- Financial Need is an important component of scoring. Groups with available funds >2x the amount requested may be deprioritized without significant justification.
- Please double-check your submission to ensure all budget information, links, and tabs are visible and accessible. Feel free to add links to quotes for items in your application when needed.
