About Us
The mission of MAMBA is to build community among Black athletes and allies at MIT by fostering connection, mentorship, and collective support. We aim to strengthen relationships between Black athletes across teams, engage with organizations in the greater Boston area, and promote opportunities that support the academic, athletic, and personal success of our members. Through collaboration and advocacy, we seek to increase Black representation in MIT Athletics and provide a unified voice for Black student-athletes within the athletic department.
