Events Involving Employers or Recruiters

Category 3 Event

Atlas Event Registration must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event date.

Event Space Reservation must be confirmed at least 30 business days prior to the event date.

  • Event Policies

    Student-organized career-related events require significant planning, organization, and customer service.
    Approval must be obtained in writing from both the SOLE Office (W20-500) and Career Advising & Professional Development (CAPD) at least 6 months prior to the intended event date.
    Event Host(s) must meet with CAPD Office staff members and the SOLE Office staff members to review sponsorship opportunities.
    Funds collected in excess of event expenses must be used for career exploration-related activities and programming by the student organization.
  • Event Registration Process

    1. Event Host must submit a Career Fair/Event Request Form to CAPD at least 6 months prior to the event date.
    2. Event Host must have an Event Space Reservation confirmed at least 30 business days prior to the event date.
    3. Event Host must register the event via the Atlas Event Registration System at least 10 business days prior to the event date.
