Student Group Funding Council

About Us

The SGFC oversees the process of distributing financial support from the One Fund to ASA-recognized student organizations, club sports, FSILGs, and residence hall student governments.

SGFC Fall/IAP Final Allocations

  • The list of SGFC funding allocations for all student groups is below.
  • Each group's allocation reflects the total funding approved for that group after reviewing their request line by line against the SGFC Funding Guidelines and suggested caps.
  • We don’t send itemized approvals to each group but the amount you received takes the portions of your request that met the criteria, and scales it based on your scores within the rubric described in the guidelines.
  • As the amount of funding available was significantly less than the total amount applied for by all groups, this scaling resulted in cuts to the vast majority of group budgets.
  • Partial funding can happen for a number of reasons, including maximum funding caps, large group reserves, budgets lacking itemized accounts, equity across groups, and ineligible expenses.
