The mission of the SOLE Office is to provide support, resources, and development opportunities to students involved in organizations, governing boards, programming boards, and leadership programs at MIT. Our staff aims to foster a culture of partnership, collaboration, mutual learning, student success, and fun in the MIT community.

Spring 2025 Student Organization Recognition Cycle Begins

Student groups seeking to become recognized student organizations must submit an Application for Recognition.

March 10 | 9:00am

Spring 2025 Student Organization Re-Registration Begins

The current core executive officers, both president and treasurer, of each recognized student organization will need to collaborate to complete the re-registration process on behalf of the student organization annually in order for the student organization to remain recognized.

Student organization officers or members in need of one-on-one guidance, advising, and/or support are encouraged to schedule an appointment with a SOLE Office staff member during our weekly Help Hours.
