We’re excited to invite you to a seminar featuring Marc Doyle, who will share his career path from graduate school to industry leadership.

Marc is a chemical industry executive who earned his PhD in electrochemical engineering from UC Berkeley in 1995, where he co-developed the well-known Doyle–Fuller–Newman (DFN) model for Li-ion battery simulations. In industry, he has held senior leadership roles including CEO at DuPont and Arxada. He now supports startup companies in renewable energy and biotech, and currently chairs the board of Nyobolt, a high-power battery company with offices in the Boston area.

Marc will reflect on his career as an industrial electrochemical engineer and his transition into business leadership, highlighting opportunities in industry for engineering students.
