Mission
The Black Women's Alliance's Mission is as follows:
To provide a forum to address the needs and concerns of black female and non-binary undergraduate students at MIT;
To promote the awareness of black female-aligned issues in the MIT community through activities designed to increase the visibility of black women on campus;
To encourage interaction with other campus groups;
To encourage the scholarship of black women and non-binary people at MIT; and
To promote activism, unity, allyship, friendship, and community and
To promote inclusivity across all genders and sexual identities within BWA and on MIT’s campus

Mission
The MedLinks program works to support MIT students in connecting to campus support resources, the policies and services of MIT Medical, and determining when and how to seek medical attention. MedLinks is a residentially-based peer health advocacy program that supports the health of students in their residences along with the wider MIT community through one-on-one interactions and via health promotion events. In addition, MedLinks can make available single doses of common over-the-counter medications, first aid supplies, and safer sex supplies.

Mission
The Asian American Initiative strives, through action and education, to promote Asian American advocacy on the MIT campus and beyond. Our club aims to provide a safe space to discuss the building blocks and facets of Asian American identity, create a platform to bring light to issues affecting the Asian American community, and improve the Asian American experience on and off campus, while supporting other marginalized groups. Our club stands in solidarity and allyship with other marginalized groups, with founding beliefs against oppressive systems such as racism, homophobia, xenophobia, classism, ableism, and sexism.

PLEASURE is a student group at MIT supported by the Violence Prevention &
Response (VPR) office and the Office for Student Wellbeing (OSW) that aims to
improve how our communities navigate sex and relationships in order to end sexual and
all forms of identity-based violence through peer education.

Mission
The MIT Ribotones is a music service group that aims to use music as a means of community service in the greater Boston community and beyond. We are string/piano/wind players, vocalists, and chamber groups (e.g., trios, quartets, sextets, octets) who love to play volunteer recitals at local venues such as hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and more, delivering quality music to the residents. Our primary goal is to bring the joy of music free of charge to those who may have limited access to live performances, no matter their prior experience with music.

The purpose of TransMIT is to support the trans and gender expansive (i.e. identities including but not limited to: transgender, transsexual, gender non-conforming (GNC), genderqueer, two-spirit, agender, non-binary, and gender questioning) community at MIT. TransMIT will fulfill this purpose by:
-Developing and hosting programming to further the social and professional development of its members,
-Raising awareness of the existence and experiences of trans and gender expansive individuals at MIT,
-Collecting and sharing resources that are relevant to the needs of the trans and gender expansive community at MIT,
-Serving as an advocate for the needs of all trans individuals affected by MIT policy.
