About Us
At the MIT Chess Club, our mission is to cultivate a welcoming community for players of every level. We learn and play together in a supportive environment, represent MIT at national events such as the Pan-American Collegiate Chess Tournament and U.S. Amateur Team East, and volunteer at events in Cambridge. Through chess, we build an inclusive, diverse community across MIT.
