Details

The MIT Tango Club is honored to partner with world-famous Tango Performer, Teacher, and Choreographer Fernanda Ghi and Pianist-Composer-Anthropologist Alfredo Minetti to put on an original show combined with artist talk-backs and a special lecture. This project, exploring the musical style and artist life of Ludwig van Beethoven and connecting it to contemporary tango dance theater will involve many MIT student tango dancers and theater artists both through the production itself as well as through artist talk-backs and tango workshops. We are very grateful to be funded by the Council For the Arts at MIT (CAMIT).

This show also features guest artists Silvio Grand (Dancer) and Richard Scofano (Bandoneonist).
