ASA-Student Organizations are required to complete the MIT Programs Involving Minors Risk Assessment Form at least three (3) months prior to the planned activity. In addition to completing this form, along with an event registration form on Atlas (found under the “Event Planning” section on the left-hand side of the page), you must schedule a meeting with Ana Lucena Navarro (sofia993@mit.edu) in the Student Organizations, Leadership and Engagement Office to review your program.
This meeting must take place at least three (3) month prior to their event to ensure all steps are completed in time.
Approval can only be granted by the SOLE.

No member of my organization is allowed to transport minors
at any time prior to, during, or following the abovementioned event/activity. I understand that I am not allowed
to bring minors to/from public transportation and must meet
them at the building where my event is held.

This event/activity cannot include an overnight component.
Minors are not allowed to stay in Institute property
overnight.* *Some exceptions are made, specifically for select
