The MIT Energy & Climate Career Fair is MITEC’s flagship, student-led recruiting event connecting undergraduate, graduate, PhD, and MBA students with organizations shaping the future of energy, climate, and sustainability. The event brings together hundreds of students and dozens of employers for direct, high-impact conversations about internships, full-time roles, and early career pathways.
