About Us

The MIT African Graduate Association (AGA) exists to foster a strong, supportive community for MIT African graduate students, scholars, and postdocs by catering to their unique needs and enhancing their overall welfare. We aim to provide academic, professional, and cultural enrichment while amplifying the voices and contributions of African researchers on campus and beyond. In addition, we strive to leverage the research expertise of MIT African graduate and post-graduate researchers while connecting them with innovative initiatives in order to be at the forefront of African development.
